I had bad experience with them. I finalized one sofa and did payment for that. When they brought out the packed sofa it was defective piece , I told them to replace it then they brought another piece but that was also defective and they told me that this is Brand new as we got from manufacturer and they offered me replacement part and were telling me to fix me at my Home. I don't know how they can expect customer to fix the new sofa. I clearly told them either to fix it here or give my money back. Then I heard the surprising words, they told that we don't have any return policy. I fought with them for 10-15 mins then finally they agreed to give my money back. So I will suggest to all who are planning to go there, consider this scenario also.
Put living room furniture on layaway continued making payments our furniture was discontinued without being notified. Only found out when we made last payment and wanted to schedule delivery. We had living/ dining room painted to match furniture. Needless to say we will never go there again.
I promise you that if you go and ask for Chris the manager or even call him he we’ll go above and beyond to meet your needs! I drove 40 minutes the Carnegie American freight and the poor guy didn’t even have heat in the facility and still managed to do whatever I asked with no problem, if that doesn’t get you to understand him as a human being and customer satisfaction then I guess you will never understand life itself!
Came here today to just look around, ended up buying a ottoman and end table! Great selection and colors! Staff were helpful on understanding options and process of buying items. Mason was the young gentleman that helped us out today. He was great to work with while shopping today! Thank you!
