Wish I could give zero stars. I made an appointment for 2:00 pm they called at 2:30 and said they had to reschedule for 4:00 I said OK that's fine, then at 4:30 still no locksmith and no call from them so I called back they said give them until 5:30 I waited until 6:30 still no show, so I called again and they said the locksmith wasn't answering his phone. Extremely unprofessional to treat customers like this. If you are looking for a locksmith call Murray's they will be there in less than 30 minutes. This company is a joke.
